Summary: We really enjoyed our time. Wish we had booked for longer. Not enough time to do all we wanted. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach. We loved riding on the Back Country Trail at Gulf State Park.

Summary: Communication was good, they contacted me to give me the option of having them replace the door key pad either before we arrived or the next day. I opted for before we arrived and it was installed and worked fine.Be aware the pictures make this unit seem bigger than it is. There is no dresser for your clothes and literally no place to put suitcases in the bedroom. My suitcase ended up on the living room floor just so I could get to my things easily. The bedroom is more suitable for a full size bed vs the king that is in there.Speaking of beds, this was my biggest complaint. The king bed was only a tad bit softer than the floor would have been. I absolutely couldn’t sleep on it and ended up sleeping in the bunk bed in the hallway and the couch in the living room. Not sleeping well is the fastest way to ruin a vacation for me, so we won’t be back.

Summary: This unit is recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It’s a bit on the smaller side as it’s just a one bedroom and one bathroom. But there are two additional bunks in the hall for sleeping an additional two people. The furniture is nicer than what I’ve seen in most other rentals and though small, the owners have made the absolute best use of space. We especially enjoyed the balcony. It’s been tiled, so it’s not just bare concrete. And there is a nice couch and reclined chair out there which makes listening to the ocean a great experience. This unit is located on the third floor, so high enough for great beach views, but not too high either. The owner was prompt with responses and great to work with. Rent this one with confidence.

Summary: The location is great and halfway between our 2 favs. Florabama and Coastal which both have live music. The views from 3rd floor are great and we spent much time on the balcony. We even cooked in a lunch and dinner one day! Nice modern looking condo.

Summary: Overall, the condo was satisfactory, albeit a little dark and dated. The owner was quick to correct an issue that we had and the communication was good in general. There is a nice lounge chair and sofa on the large balcony that we enjoyed most evenings. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The condo is centrally located and less than a 5 minute drive to all restaurants, etc. If you are flying in to OB, I would suggest booking a unit that offers complimentary beach chair/umbrella service with the rental, as there are no beach chairs offered with the unit. It will be 50/day to rent, so factor that into your total cost.
