Positive: My second visit here. Lovely secluded location in historic building. Communal living room, light airy rooms, kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, coffee percolator and kettle (but no microwave). So peaceful at night and surrounded by the tern colony. Key box for entry so no worries about time of arrival.

Negative: Only one showed and two toilets between five rooms (ten guests). Make sure you have all the food required as no facilities in Rif - nearest store is in Olafsvik.

Positive: Great location-short walk to the sea. Self catering. Large room with a view. Plentiful parking. A picnic table outside for dining. Comfy couch and chairs for lounging downstairs.

Negative: Shower was draining very slowly; needs attention. No bath mat. Steep stairs to the upstairs might be issue for mobility impaired.

Summary: Great value would stay here again!

Positive: Clean place that we had to ourselves (off-season). Easy check-in Decent kitchen and lots of seating (though I expect it gets crowded).

Negative: Only one shower and 2 toilets. The steps up to the shower are very narrow and need care when taking them.
