Positive: Location of this apartment is perfect. Right beside the Ocean with a wonderful view. Easy access!

Negative: Unfortunately we stayed there when the weather was bad, like a Yellow Warning ⚠️ & windy. So there was a lot of wind noise in the apartment as it's not that soundproof, and also windows were leaking a bit of water through bcs of heavy rain and wind. So I'd suggest to have proper sound/leak proof windows. Also, if they can add a smart TV in the apartment, it would be awesome.

Positive: The view and location, obviously. Also that there were some welcome drinks in the fridge. The check-in was very easy.

Negative: Many things that I've read in other reviews are still true. I live in Iceland and am traveling here quite a lot, and I can't remember ever staying in a place that was so badly managed and run-down (except for camp grounds, maybe). Lots of things were broken, it wasn't really as clean as I would expect (especially the dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom, having still teeth-brushing sprinkles on the mirror from former guests), a very uncomfortable soft bed, broken dishwasher, broken heaters. To make the room warm enough, you need to use a small electric heater, but it is a bit loud and also makes bad air. So you can't really enjoy the silence or sound of the ocean. Also, the bathroom was ice cold + the floor (I used a towel to step on to make it okay - btw, the towels had a bad smell). And there was the fly problem, for which they had a small hand-vacuum-cleaner, but it was out of battery and therefore no help either. All in all, I think there are much nicer places in the area for less money.

Positive: The view! There was even a telescope to inspect the moon, loved it! Cozy apartment near the cape tip. A lot to see and experience. Cute villages nearby. Easy access and helpful personnel.

Negative: No heating in the bathroom, dishwasher out of order.

Positive: Location! Truly beautiful location right at the entrance to Snæfellsnes National Park. The view of the ocean allowed for watching seals and sea birds as well as beautiful sunsets. Really can’t explain the location, it’s incredible!

Positive: Breathtaking view! Very large balcony and very tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and they were so kind to leave us some free drinks in the fridge.

Negative: There was one window in the living room that didn’t close properly and kept popping open. For us it made it a little cold and I would imagine in the summertime it would cause a problem by letting in the flies. They need to put a simpler coffee machine in the kitchen. The only thing available was a large barista type machine with no instructions.
