Positive: Location is amazing. Buffets are quality. Rooms are spacious.

Negative: The fridge in the room had no temp setting and froze what we put in there.

Positive: A good option to stay almost in the middle of Gamboa forest, we saw monkeys from the hall! It has a food package which was convenient. We had a short free tour in the night and went to see the sloths

Negative: The surrounding is kind of creepy, because of a lot of abandoned houses which they preserve as patrimony. They do not belong to the hotel but they seem to. I asked about tours (sloth sanctuary) , in case we could go by our own (we had a car) and they told me we could nt, but really felt as if they wanted to sell me the tour.

Positive: great location and view over the forest good breakfast each room with balcony with view and hammock birds and animals roaming around the property

Negative: staff could be more proactive. the property is big, they could give a map and signal that one path for a walk starts very nearby. but focus is on selling tours, which are overpriced.

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised that we had meals included with our stay. The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were delectable! Well arranged and variety of Panamenian food.

Negative: No chairs or benches near pools that are on the upper deck.

Summary: Lovely facility. Very lovely staff. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the room was large!

Negative: Somewhat outdated facilities, didn’t have an easily accessible platforms / playroom for kids - as a family-oriented resort, there were some abandoned houses that are part of the resort that gave a depressed feeling.
