Positive: The host is very kind and helpful. She can’t speaks English but she speaks using translator.! 👍🏻👍🏻 The house is complete with kitchen if you want to cook simple dish. Breakfast was provided too.

Positive: The best place I stayed anywhere in Armenia. An exceptional cosy and peaceful guesthouse nestled in the mountains. The hostess is wonderfully friendly, serves incredible food including produce from the gardens, and is extremely helpful with local recommendations, travel and taxis etc. She was able to organise a good tour at a great price, on short notice. The room was comfortable and the village is beautiful. There are day tours to this region from Yerevan, but it is absolutely worth staying here at this guesthouse for a couple of nights to truly enjoy true rural Armenia!

Negative: Only that I could not stay for longer.

Positive: The host and hostess are super kind people that make you feel very welcomed. They were social and curious about us and very pleasant in the interaction. They also prepared a bountiful dinner and breakfast for us. The location has a great view on the canyon and is nearby several monasteries. If we’d go to Armenia again, we would for sure come back here.

Positive: Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. They provided very delicious home made dinner and breakfast. They took care and asked if I needed a taxi to their location and made sure that room was warm and comfty. Would recommend.

Positive: Quiet and clean place.with the possibility to use the kitchen. The couple who runs It is very nice and helpful. The place is about 11 km. from the center of Alaverdin.

Positive: Everything was very good, I honestly did not expect to receive such a reception in a small village. I was surprised by the owner and lady of the house, who received me with warm hospitality. I liked and admired the cleanliness of the room, the bed was clean, in a minimalistic style. I was treated to the guest house's brand raspberry wine, I just couldn't get enough of the taste and decided that I should buy a bottle of wine. The horse race organized by the hosts was also indescribable, the horse was so beautiful, not to mention the nature, as if I was in a movie. In short, come to GALA guest house and feel yourself in a real Armenian hearth. By the way, I plan to return with my family in the fall and stay in this paradise for a few days.
