Positive: Booked for two nights but had to stay for a single night. The room was Excellent, with wonderful decoration and comfort. The Small Aircon is not sufficient for the room. No mobile network is available inside the room. They have good wifi, but due to no mobile network available inside the property, facing huge problems getting calls from my office. Every time have to go outside the room for the network. The property owner and booking.com did not mention this issue before the booking. When I complained, booking.com, they ignored my request. But the owner is very supportive, they understand my situation, and they returned my one-day booking money after completing one one-night stay.

Negative: No mobile network is available inside the room. They have good wifi, but due to no mobile network available inside the property, facing huge problems getting calls from my office. The Small Aircon is not sufficient for the room. I booked the room with a complimentary wine bottle. They provide only one small, Cheap wine bottle with a bad taste.

Positive: Cleanliness.

Negative: The water faucet in the comfort room is not okay, as well as the shower. Also, when we used the water pitcher and we put in some ice and water, and when I lift the pitcher the bottom part broke, (as in the entire bottom part). I honestly did not bump the pitcher, I was surprised when I lifted it, the bottom part suddenly gave way. Anyway, I paid for it (for the entire cost of a complete set, pitcher and 4 glasses) and I recommend thru Ms Janice to inform the owner to put a more reliable and dependable item. Because she said that it also happened to some of their customers.

Positive: It was expertly equipped. Anything you need was available in the property. The staff was perfect and the value was exceptional.

Negative: A little noisy at night but that’s typical of a small village.

Summary: This was a superior accommodation than typical in the provinces.

Positive: The price was right. Mam Janice went above and beyond to help us wherever she could. The suite was affordable and a great place for backpackers. When we arrived it was clean. The wifi worked well and the television had lots of options. The unit was very secure. Fine for a couple.

Negative: The location was terrible as it was 15 minutes walk to any food and most restaurants in the area were closed. Area was not walkable by most standards. The small building is under construction but we were not overly bothered by the ongoing work. The bathroom smelled moldy and all of the fixtures leaked this did not meet our expectations. Data services were not usable in the area so if you need to connect do so before you leave the unit. There was not a lot of storage and cupboards and hangers were unreachable unless you are 6'5. Not good for families.
