Positive: There were problems with the initial booked room but the options they gave to solve more than made up for the trouble. Happy with the customer service! They were highly responsive to inquiries about our visit and to requests.

Negative: The parking to port area needs to be developed more to make it more accessible to people with disabilities and just more accessible in general. We got lost too because signage was not visible.

Summary: Ms. Monica and the rest of the staff on ground are superb! They made the visit awesome.
