Positive: When we were looking for the place to stay, our request was close to the beach and centre, not expensive and swimming pool wasn’t important as we planned beach days. It is Quite quiet place hidden behind the noisy street . Few rooms, we met only 1 couple at the breakfast. Hotel Looks renovated and clean. And they have hot water in the shower!!! Bed was comfortable, hair dryer was available. Breakfast was usual one.: juice, tea/coffee, toasts, fruits etc. We checked out at 6 am any the we were pleased to have sandwiches and bananas before we departed. Room has a balcony with no special view, but you can use it to dry your things which is really important sometimes They offer shuttle to the airport for 3k

Negative: The doors. I know how it sounds but they just ruin all impression of the building and room Just plastic door ((( like entering the toilet

Positive: In short: Dont hesitate, just book. Longstory: - Realy helpful and nice owner + staff. They organise everything you could wish for. - The rooms are spacious, modern and super clean + a nice AC. - The breakfast is awesome. - The location is close to everything and maybe 3min by feet to the beach. So its the perfect stay to discover Negombo and because its also super close to the airport its the best place to start or end your Sri Lanka Journey. - and you get all of this for a more then reasonable price!

Positive: the property was great and room modern and very clean. great value for money. lovely staff and breakfast.

Negative: only bad side was it was a very windy night and something kept banging all night which meant I had a terrible sleep. besides that, the room and property is awesome
