Positive: Genuine, friendly, helpful homestay. Great location with a view over the river from the rooftop restaurant. Very chilled atmosphere and the family whose place it is are kind and create a great place to stay. WiFi, laundry service. Also: Hampi is amazing!

Negative: Can't fault it, nothing to say here.

Positive: The room itself is located right next to the rooftop restaurant (which has incredible views of the river, on one side, & the Shiva temple on the other). Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, hot & cold water working. The Guest House is situated at the end of the village, in its own little quiet corner, but still only one minute walk to the main hazard. Plenty of restaurants, food, drink, & market type shops, very good location. Shiva (the owner) & his wife are wonderful, peaceful hosts, & gave great advice for me as a solo traveller. The food was also incredible. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

Positive: The location of Funky monkey Home stay is perfect, it's in the center of Hampi's village. The owners are really nice and they helped me to plan my visit of Hampi's main sightseeing.

Negative: There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

Positive: The family Is really extremely nice, the homestay is right in hampi close to most temples. There is also a very nice restaurant on top with a view on the temples and in the river.

Positive: The view from the restaurant was amazing, it was so peaceful sitting there drinking chai and taking in the surroundings. The food there was very tasty too. Also our hosts were very kind and welcoming they gave us lots of advice and tips for our stay in Hampi. They also organised a Rickshaw to pick us up from our night bus when we arrived, highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!
