Summary: Both beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. Gorgeous leaf peeper views from top floor windows. It was a pleasure to watch the golden retrievers romp in the yard. Towels and dishes were in plentiful supply, as were chairs. Pleasing decor with various lobster designs.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment above the garage. It’s conveniently located near Portland and other surrounding areas, making it a great home base for exploring. Val and Jim were fantastic hosts, and the apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed. However, please note that the apartment is accessed via steep stairs, which weren’t mentioned in the listing. Overall, a lovely stay!

Summary: This was my favorite place we stayed on our trip to New England. It had a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space and everything was super clean and well decorated. The owners were also super nice and helpful.

Summary: WOW... Val and Jim's garden apartment is a 10,,, friendly, has everything you need. it's location is in the middle of our travel destination. The apartment is completely finished. When Val was showing us the apartment, there where 2 whoopies pies and some local brews in the fridge and a pizza in the freezer,, couple days later they brought us fresh fried clams,,, YUMMY.. It is amazing and we will be back next year..We can't say enough good things about staying at the garden apartment...thank you for everything!!!!

Summary: My husband and I were absolutely happy with this beautiful garden apartment. It was a good size above the garage and had all the little amenities that you needed, even a washer and dryer. The owners were very nice and came out and greeted us and went and showed us the apartment. We will definitely go back next year again!
