Summary: Nice location between Tampa/Orlando, property owner was honest with us in that this is still work in progress. Beds were uncomfortable, floors were very dirty as a result of sand in yard being tracked in. Yard was nice for our dogs as it is fenced in, HOWEVER, other renters before us did not clean up after their pets so we had to make sure ours did not eat leftovers :(
