Positive: The property was close to the air show which was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Negative: The staff was not very friendly or helpful and this really put a damper on the overall experience. We were trying to figure out if we could check in a little early so we could plan our day, and we were told “maybe” even the day of. No would even be better and more straightforward rather than leading us on. Staff was rude. We were supposed to get a call back in regards to this and never did. Upon checking in, we were given the key to and sent to a room that was still being cleaned, so we couldn’t actually check in. The room and the hotel itself was nice, but there are a lot of choices in the area, and don’t know that I would choose this hotel again based on the staff.

Positive: The breakfast was good, but I was a little disappointed with the breakfast time. A sign should have been posted in the rooms stating the breakfast hours. The breakfast hours were 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.

Negative: When we first arrived we were given a room with dirty sheets. I called the front desk and asked for another room. Second, the toilet was broken in the second room, and the water was leaking from the toilet. We were told because it was Friday they could not get a plumber. Lastly, the phone in that room was not working also and we were told they could not fix it. We had to pack our things up twice to move to another room. I feel that we should have been refunded some of our money back because of the situation we were put in. We also had to pay them a $100.00 deposit to hold until we checked out. This inconvenienced me because I didn't have the extra money for the deposit. I had to use my food money to pay for that deposit. We made it there a day earlier and paid for an extra night, we had to pay another deposit for that room. This was a total of $200.00 we had to pay extra. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the situation we were put in.

Negative: One of my bath towels was rolled nicely as if clean but had a long black hair on it along with dirt stains on it.
