Summary: I booked this stay the day before my partner and I decided to leave so it was very short notice. The host and his wife were very nice and welcoming. They also spent a lot of time and money to make the apartment very welcoming. When we got there the host came down and explained everything very well. The place is like a little apartment that is below their living space so you can hear them walking around. The walking around did not bother me but I also live in a two story house with my sister and her family above me so I am used to it. The host was very accommodating with me needing a plug for my diesel. Overall my stay was great and I would definitely be back.

Summary: This cute basement apartment was just right for two of us, to have a quiet spot to relax and to explore the Pueblo area. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and even met us to show us the heat system, TV and lights. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. We recommend it if you are in Pueblo.

Summary: Everything was great. Nice little apartment for two separated off in the basement of their home. Has private entrance. Owner was onsite but you’d hardly notice. First night we arrived he quickly showed us around so knew how everything worked. Would stay again.

Summary: Quiet. Comfortable. They have the best books to read. I stayed up through the night reading some of the books, and I'm still talking about everything I read. I highly recommend Kim and Jerry as hosts. They take excellent care of their home and their guests.

Summary: The unit was a good size for two people and had everything we needed. It has a covered patio where I could sit and watch the birds or read. It’s on a quiet road so I was able to go for a walk. The refrigerator was stocked with breakfast items and the pantry with a good amount of basic staples so I could cook some meals there. We enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Summary: Couldn’t be happier with my stay…. Brand new one bedroom with a lot of extra amenities.(full-size kitchen,)I was alone on thanksgiving and the hosts brought down a wonderful dinner.(top shelf people)🙏I stayed in 3 different properties the last month here in Pueblo area and this is by far the winner.
