Four more bedrooms, three with queen beds, another kind bed, side tables, and closet space with hangers for storage. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the lower level.
KITCHEN: This kitchen comes fully loaded with nice appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher. Stocked with all your basic cooking needs and complimentary coffee. Enjoy the BBQ located on the deck which is off the kitchen.
DINING AREA: The dining area is open to the kitchen and can seat up to 4 guests. Please note: If you need extra seating for up to 6 guests, please let us know in advance and we will provide extra seating for your stay.
LIVING ROOMS AND BONUS ROOM: WOW to the living spaces! Your first seating area is located by the front entrance. This living space has a large comfy couch and is the perfect space to gather for socializing or family fun with board games.
The bonus room is located over the garage with another large comfortable couch and lots of space to move around. This space also features your office desk and a smart tv to enjoy some down time.
A third living room/family room is located on the lower level with another smart tv, space to move around and more couches to hang out. This room has lots of games to choose from.
BATHROOMS: Three full bathrooms for convenience. There’s a main bathroom with a tub/shower combo located on the main level. A private ensuite off of the primary and one more full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located on the lower level.
GARAGE/DRIVEWAY: There is a heated garage that can be used for one vehicle and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. There is free street parking for extra vehicles.
DECK/YARD: This home has a fully fenced back yard and a deck off the kitchen/dining area with a BBQ for guest use.
LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer located on the lower level and free for your use during your stay. Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets included.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and yard.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.
