Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just off Louisiana and Interstate 40, yet close to great restaurants, shopping, and activities galore; centrally located, it is but a short drive to the west to nob Hill, the University of New Mexico and downtown Albuquerque. A short drive to the East will take you up to the Sandia mountains. The New Mexico State fairgrounds and the Jerry Klein recreational tennis complex and park are within walking distance.
This unit has a private entrance, a real wood burning fireplace, ample storage and is fully furnished with new contemporary furniture including a fully stocked kitchen furnished with a new high end Samsung induction cooktop, high end Samsung stove, high end Samsung microwave, high end Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, and a full-sized washer/dryer. The countertops throughout the apartment are high end butcher block finished with a completely natural food safe finish.

Summary: I had an amazing stay at the apartment. The hosts were readily available for all my questions and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Extra bedding, anything you could think of for the kitchen - It was so easy to feel at home. I highly recommend booking with these folks for your next trip to Albuquerque!
