Summary: The property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is convenient to all that Abq has to offer. Eloy and team were a great host and made sure we were comfortable during extreme heat. Lots of space to spread out and everything we needed including trash bags, paper towels and the such.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay with many family card games until the early morning in the Comfortable living area; sunsets, hummingbirds, and conversations on the relaxing and well furnished deck; and nicely renovated bathrooms with good water pressure which started our mornings off right. The coffee grinder full of freah beans was a welcome surprise for a coffee aficionado like me. Book and enjoy this gem near old town ABQ!

Summary: We needed a place for the NM high school state tennis tournament. This is so close to the courts we were able to walk over. Better than staying in any hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck in the backyard. The pictures of the deck do not show the firepit, grill, umbrella, and additional patio furniture. We spent half out time on the deck, coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It is a great place and would return in the future.

Summary: I loved my stay at this property! The house was so clean and accommodating! The fresh flowers, kind note, sparkling water, and delicious fruit basket added the perfect little personal touch! The patio furniture and bed were cozy! I will be traveling here a lot for business and I can guarantee I will be back!
