Positive: The property was fully wooden made. While it is cozy and warm, I admired its beauty in its simplicity.
Negative: Some weird industrial noises at times were a real bummer but we were informed about it since there are orchards all around and the spraying they do.
Summary: It was the kind of getaway where we were able to just the time to sit back and relax.

Positive: Incredible cottage with so many thoughtful touches, and hosts are so hospitable. We especially loved the outdoor bath, free bikes, lovely big bedroom/living room with views and plenty of places to relax, and comfortable bed with nice linens. Easy driving/cycling distance to many of Hawke’s Bay’s attractions.
Negative: Nothing not to like.

Positive: The most memorable stay, very unique design with wood, and everything (including the bbq) was clean. It felt very homely with the homemade jam (best jam I had in my life) and granola provided. I really liked the design of the toilet kitchen and bedroom. Felt classy yet practical. It is spacious yet very private as it is on a private farm, very special feeling. Loved the night sky with minimal light pollution 👍🏻 good tip would be to get groceries from the supermarket before heading in, as it is some distance away. You wouldn’t feel like leaving once checked in ☺️
Negative: More signs could be placed leading up to the unit from the gate. Was doubting myself if it was the right way by going all the way in when checking in.
