Positive: Brilliant little place with wonderful staff. Lovely little location right next to a antiques center with lots of little shops wonderful breakfast in the morning.. cooked by our lovely host. Would definitely like to go back..

Positive: From the minute we arrived at Frasers, we were treated very well. Georgie, who was very welcoming when we arrived, showed us to our room which was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We attended a function in Rayleigh so this was the perfect location. Easy entry system to gain access to the B&B part of the building. The breakfast was superb. Freshly cooked to perfection in a cute little dining room, very chilled and right next to lots of antique shops for mooching around afterwards. It's set in a beautiful part of Battlesbridge overlooking a huge pond. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the area and can highly recommend. Loved it!

Positive: I stay here often and have never had a problem, until this time.

Negative: We booked breakfast at 7.30 am before work (a party of 3 people) but no staff turned up. Wexwaited till 08.20 before having to leave without breakfast. We attempted to contact the property over the following days but always had the call transferred to a voicemail, and there was no follow up from that either. A pity because the service is normally exemplary.
