Positive: The property was indeed cosy but had everything we needed although we had to wash everything (plates/pans) before we could use them. Was a quiet location despite being right next to the dual carriageway

Negative: The location is definitely on a traveller’s sight. Reading other reviews it’s a mixture, but 2 separate taxi drivers refused to take us there because of this. Also we were stood on the doorstep still unable to access the property because the host hadn’t replied to any of my messages. All was sorted eventually but l would probably avoid this place if travelling with family. Car parking available but l wouldn’t have left my car there. Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t have any problems but there is a definite GTA feel about the place!

Positive: Exceptionally clean and tidy, superb kitchen with all you could need and great lounge area. Access to the place was straight forward, using the key safe as check in instructions was very good. Host was very responsive and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Had a issue with the boiler but after a call the owner had an engineer out straight away and got it sorted! Clear communication start to Finish, will definitely be back when we’re working round here again.

Positive: It was centrally located and offered all of the amenities advertised. The host was excellent, readily available and not only quick to answer any enquiry but to offer help

Negative: It was quite difficult to locate and had very limited ‘kerb appeal’. The bedroom was small by American standards and the queen bed was literally wall to wall.

Summary: A great little unit, good value and easy to access transport into London. I would use it again now that I know the setup
