Summary: The house was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone had their own space and the house was just as listed. The beach was a short walk and the pool was a wonderful bonus!

Summary: Our large, extended family had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location-literally a 3-5 minute walk to the private beach entrance where 2 chairs and umbrella set up were provided daily. On the map it looks like it is a longer walk than it actually is. The pictures and decor are accurate. The communication with Jose was exceptional--anytime we called-they responded quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, coffee cups, silverware, etc. but be prepared there are not any condiments--salt, pepper, sugar,etc. and Walmart didn't have any small containers to buy. Loved that they provided a highchair and baby gate for the stairs. Only other thing I would want someone to be aware of is that when planning the sleeping arrangements in the bunk room--the top bunks which are queens--have a 160 lb limit--which excluded several of our adult grandchildren and meant that you couldn't put 2 adults on the top bunks because it would exceed the 160 lb limit. We would come back. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.

Summary: Everything was just as it looked in the pictures.We had a large group and had plenty of space. We loved the location as it was just a quick walk to the beach, but also close to walk to get a coffee or an ice cream for the kids in our group. The communication with the host was Top Notch, anything I asked they responded within minutes. We had a issue with turning the spa on and within 1 hour we had a pool maintenance worker fixing it! All the beds are comfortable with nice bedding.The kitchen was stocked to the max, I have never stayed at a house who provided as many cooking tools and appliances as this house.They had crock pots, skillets, and nice pots and pans to name a few. Plenty of dishes also so we never ran out of coffee cups or silverware.As stated they leave just starters for dishes and dishwasher so bring your own. There is no cleaning supplies left either so you may want to bring to freshen things up while staying.We enjoyed the pool and having the cabana to keep drinks out there and snacks was a great touch the fridge didnt have shelves but we made it work! Overall, we found the house the perfect spot for us and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Summary: This was a great place to stay! There was plenty of space for all 5 families. Each room had a bathroom and the house was well equipped. We LOVED that they had a high chair for our babies and the wagon and chairs came in handy for the beach.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. We loved having our own pool the most. There was someone in or around most of our stay. There were numerous seating areas for all the family. We felt the pool was a little too warm for our taste but it didn't stop us from getting in. The beds were super comfortable and would have like a dresser in the bedrooms, but we just placed our clothes in the closet. If I had a draw back it was food storage. There was no place to put food except into for the totes we brought with us. Also the golf cart was enjoyed by all but mostly by our 6yr and 2yr old grandsons. Thank you for hosting us.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family. 3 couples and a toddler. Every family had their own space with an extra bedroom that was not used. The kitchen was stocked with quality flatware and appliances. The cabinets and drawers were labeled which made it easy to find and place back in the appropriate spot. The pool, spa along with the privacy in the back was a bonus! Having the additional room/pool house with a full size fridge was great. The house was super clean when we arrived. We noticed only 3 portable chairs for the beach. The 4th one was broken and sitting at the trash can. This was no problem since we had plenty for our group. I went ahead and reported it assuming the former guest had not. Within 15 minutes a brand new chair was delivered! Communication is excellent. Having the golf cart was so nice. The walk to the beach is exactly 3 minutes. We will back next year and hopefully this exact house will be available.

Summary: We were pleased that the pictures and decor in the photos were accurate - modern feel. The pool and spa were amazing and the nicest one we’ve ever experienced. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and no bugs! Great week, great house, great experience in Destin.
