Summary: 10 adults ranging from 70s to 12. Parents/Grandparents, adult kids and their adult kids. Some single, some married, one expecting - all had a great time. The splash pool didn’t get used (but interesting). The community pool was very nice, but didn’t get used either. The beach was wonderful, the umbrella set up and owner’s umbrellas and chairs were great! Non-stick Pots and pans were really scratched up - I bought an inexpensive set and left it. Use plastic utensils! The grill was great. It was all a very nice vacation - room for all! The back yard beach was perfect as were the decks! We had a great time - thanks! Beach was not crowded!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. You walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The area was close to everything. My issue with the house is it can definitely be cleaner. The showers had black mold in the corners and there was hair left on the walls. The kitchen cabinet where the trash can is located was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The house really just needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. If those issues are addressed I would definitely stay there again. Overall we had a great vacation!

Summary: House is overall nice! Beds were comfortable! Nice location. Washing machine broke while we were there, but the rental management company was VERY good about getting it fixed and helping us out with washing some of our stuff in the meantime! Living room furniture (couch and recliner) was NOT comfortable. Kitchen needs updating. Bottom floor bathroom has no counter top because of pedestal sink which makes it hard when traveling. Otherwise, great place!
