Positive: We were made to feel special, from the moment we arrived. Parking spot at the front for us. Friendly welcome. Shoes and coat are left in the hallway, which keeps the carpets upstairs immaculately clean. Bags were carried up for us. Everything was explained. Lovely artistic accommodation. Extensive choice of hot drinks in the suite. Free wi-fi. Breakfast cooked to your specification.

Positive: From the moment you walk in, it’s welcoming, clean and super friendly. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with a superb en-suite with lovely toiletries. There are is everything you could possibly want or need. When it comes to the food it is top quality and comes with plenty to choose from, you have a choice of cold options of traditional cereal, to cooked, traditional full English to salmon with poached eggs and more to choose from. Just can’t fault it. Loved every minute of our stay.

Negative: There was no faults with this property.

Summary: This stay far exceeded our expectations from the moment we parked our car.

Positive: Immaculate, throughout, Paul & Michael were great hosts. Our room “Spring Suite” was spacious, immaculate, great choice of beverages. Bathroom was spacious, massive shower with shower head and jet. Comfortable bed

Positive: everything was amazing. michael and paul were excellent hosts made us feel very welcome. hotel room was soo clean and tidy and had soo much space. breakfast there was a wide range of choice and the home made bread was excellent. the location was in a lovely area, 5 mins walk down the street was the strip. michael and paul recommended some restaurants to eat from and we went to one of them and had amazing service. couldn't find any faults with this hotel as they offer a wide range of services including parking. Will definitely stay here again as they made us feel like we had known them for years 😊
