Positive: The whole place was effortlessly classy, clean and well organised from the outset. Ian was friendly and helpful. Room well appointed, ironing board and iron available on request. Hairdryer in room. Enough storage to actually move in and live there (!) but without being cluttered. Basically it gave the impression of having been run for a very long time so that all scenarios would have been anticipated and be dealt with smoothly and competently. I'm not sure we'll visit Blackpool again but if we do we will, without question, stay here. Bed very comfy. Also breakfast was great and I reckon they would bend over backwards to accommodate any reasonable requests.

Summary: Spotless. Experienced. Competent. Classy. Comfy.
