Summary: Not a hotel u want to stay during rainy season. It’s an uncovered walk to the hotel and they don’t even bother to answer your phone most of the time. When they do, a male manager told me they do not provide any shuttle bus at all so I’m on my own. We found out upon checking in after 2 hours of wait at the airport that they do have shuttle bus at certain hours. The male manager didn’t even bother to speak to me when checking in when he clearly heard what I was complaining about. He is rude and unlike any Japanese hotel I’ve stayed. On the plus side the rooms are nice .

Summary: The hotel was really close to the airport and people in the hotel was totally fine to move suitcases with the airport's cart. The area was very quiet and clean, however, restaurant options were kind of limited once you leave the airport.

Summary: It was an easy 10 minute walk to the airport where we had dinner. The breakfast was delightful with a lot of choices. The room was spacious. I had a hot shower followed by a soak in the tub before heading for our plane. Definitely will use this hotel on my next trip to Aichi Ken.
