Positive: Quite spacious room, perfect bathroom and toilet, good choice amenities: slippers, pyjamas, personal care packages, variety of teas and coffee. Space for luggage.

Summary: Great location and service after a long flight. We had a great start to our Japanese adventures.

Positive: Nice hotel in airport itself . Good for a short stop for next day early morning flight . Stayed here a few times before , previously bedsheet , towels and pajamas smelled terrible but now they did a proper cleaning after informing them a few times . So the hotel do pay attention to guests requests which is very good 👍

Negative: Glad that they cleaned up the smelly towels and bedsheets . No more flying insects in room when we stayed previously , whereby the hotel had done something about it. That is 👍 good.

Positive: The location. It is literally inside the airport very convenient.

Negative: I think the rate for a late check out per hour is too expensive, like it's X4 of the rate of other hotels 🙄

Positive: Location is excellent—literally right next to the departure hall, which makes it super convenient for early flights. There are also a few souvenir snack shops and some restaurants nearby. The room furniture looks a bit dated, but the room itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities. The bathroom is a highlight, with a deep bathtub and an onsen-style setup with a standing shower. Overall, very good value for the price we paid.
