Positive: Positive Feedback: 1. The host is very kind/flexible/responsive. 2. The inside space was clean, comfortable, up to date, and equipped with all basic needs. 3. Private entrance through the fence along the left side of the property. 4. Private parking space located in the back ally of the property. 5. The physical location of the property was in a decent neighborhood. 6. The location was close to food/gas stations/activities. 7. Did not have issues with WiFi. 8. 4 waters and coffee provided.

Negative: 1. Deposit is not disclosed on listing/booking details/property policies. -On the day of check in I was informed that a $150.00 deposit via Cashapp or Zelle Seemed odd HOWEVER it was legit and we received our deposit back with in 24 hours after checking out) 2. Banging/Stomping/Crashing/Yelling between 2am-4am was very unexpected considering the “quiet hours” policy. (Host was apologetic. There were no major noise concerns for the remainder of our stay.) 3. Instructions getting to the unit were not easily understood. (Once inside the gate there was adequate lighting and easy entry) 4. Water was not working: -We were not able to shower/wash dishes. -Bathroom/Kitchen sinks only worked in a light stream. 5. Floor was uneven and warped. 6. Outside was muddy/slightly overgrown. 7. No bedroom TV. (Personal preference) 8. Had to log into personal streaming accounts on TV.

Summary: Fair Stay for Decent Price. Will not rebook.

She was very understanding! -She helped me feel comfortable and heard regarding all of my questions and concerns. 2. The inside space was clean, up to date, and equipped with all basic essentials: -All kitchen appliances/utensils/dish-wares. -Coffee, Creamer, and 4 bottles of Water provided. -Bathroom linens, toiletries, and shampoo/conditioner. -Twin sized air mattress. -Clean/Comfortable bedding/pillows/furniture. -Decent sized bedroom/closets/living area. -Large side TV mounted in living area. 4. In unit temperature controls. 3. Private entrance through the fence along the left side of the property. 4. Private parking space located in the back ally of the property. 5. The physical location of the property was in a decent neighborhood. (Be mindful of narrow one way streets as there is parking on both sides creating a tight squeeze. (Would not recommend using large trucks/vans.) 6. The location was close to many food/gas stations/activities. All things considered the unit was decent for a couple and fairly priced for a two nights stay.

Deposit is not disclosed on listing/booking details/property policies or requirements. -I booked this unit 3 months in advance and never received any information regarding a required deposit. -I received a reminder and confirmation number roughly one week before my scheduled stay. No mention of deposit was included. -On the day of check in I was informed that a $150.00 deposit via Cashapp or Zelle was required before obtaining the door code/check in details. (I should have reached out sooner) (I was uncomfortable and weary of this form of payment HOWEVER it was legit and we received our deposit back with in 24 hours after checking out) 2. Unit is 1 of 3 attached habitats and is located in the basement: -One similar basement unit is located on the right side of the building. -The main/upper level of the property is occupied full time. -The residents up stairs could be moderately heard during the day time hours. (To be expected) -Loud/Disruptive/Banging/Stomping/Crashing/Yelling between 2am-4am was very unexpected considering the “quiet hours” policy. (Host was apologetic and understanding of our concerns. There were no major noise concerns for the remainder of our stay.) 3. Instructions getting to the unit were not easily understood: -We ended up at the other basement unit upon arrival. -We were not aware that we had to actually enter the fence to find the entrance to our unit. -We had to explore the outside of the building to find the opening to the gate. (Once inside the gate there was adequate lighting and easy entry) 4. Water was not working: -We were not able to shower/wash dishes. -No hot water at all. -Bathroom/Kitchen sinks only worked in a light stream after spitting and dribbling. (I assume it was because the water pressure system was shared by all of the attached units and we simply had poor timing) 5. The floor through out the unit is uneven/slanted/warped.

Summary: In conclusion, we will not likely be booking with Fountain Haven again. We enjoyed our stay in Indy and made the most of

Positive: Loved this place. Just big enough for a couple. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. The owners are really nice as well. Answered all questions quickly and made us very comfortable. Downtown Indy is literally 10 mins away
