Summary: Property was the perfect size for us in the perfect location. We wanted to be within walking distance of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, but in a quiet neighborhood with free parking. There were lots of good restaurants and fun shops nearby.

Summary: We stayed four nights and were so amazed at how roomy and comfortable this small house was! It felt so much bigger than was advertised. With temps in the low 20’s we were snug under two comforters (extra provided in each bedroom). The location was perfect and easy to navigate from to access locations all over Indy. If you need to stay in this area don’t pass this one up.

Summary: The house and location were great. We LOVED the Cat Cafe and it was nice to have the Loco’s Mexican restaurant at the end of our block. Neighbors were friendly and we saw many friendly people out walking with family and pets. The house had almost everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Improvements needed: fix bedroom door, put new chairs outside on the patio. They are either broken or gross. The other disappointment was that there was NO food or drinks in the home. Every home we’ve stayed at in the past has at least some water bottles and snacks. None here. Otherwise we were very happy!!

Summary: I was staying in town for work for the week by myself. I really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for what I needed. I do wish the coffee pot was single cup maker. The couch had a stain on it so I used blanks to cover it up. Other than that I would stay again. The bed was very comfortable and the house was close to many restaurants in the area.

Summary: Nice place to stay that is walkable to tons of places to eat and drink. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend a place near Gainbridge Fieldhouse where the Fever & Pacers play called Agave & Rye. Very nice addition to the downtown area.
