Positive: Good location, price was excellent (for Boston), the bed was comfy and the room was well-equipped for one person, very clean, some communal facilities and luggage storage if required. For a 2* property you cannot complain, it was clean, modern, with friendly staff and a good place to get some rest. Would recommend.

Negative: The room had no view (looked out onto a brick wall in a dirty internal courtyard) and was right next to reception with heavy foot traffic- neither of these particularly bothered me but it wasn’t the best. The LED light on the AC/heat unit lit up the entire room in the dark.

Positive: Location and proximity to all the major attractions in Boston. Great staff! Free coffee! Nearby parking at a discounted rate.

Negative: The room and bed was quite small, however we managed with our 4 suitcases. PowerPoints are in inconvenient locations (for phone chargers and my CPAP), but again we managed to make do with extension cords.
