Positive: The staff was helpful and sweet, rooms were spacious and clean. But the food was the highlight of the trip. Ate dinner at their multi-cuisine restaurant and ate a chicken dish (green curry) that I can't remember the name of. Breakfast spread was superb and the omelette made for me was very tasty. Overall, a good experience.

Negative: A lot of time was wasted at checkout. I had booked a room which gave me a 20% discount on spa and food, and I had clearly confirmed this during check in. I noticed that the discount was only applied to the food, and not the spa. It took them a while to figure out what was going on, and eventually made me talk to the spa manager/owner who said 'you should have informed us at the time of taking the massage'. Thankfully, they honoured the discount. One of the only reasons I booked this place was because it had a gym. It was poorly maintained, with paint peeling off and signs of mould. It could do with a lick of paint and some TLC.

Summary: Good staff, great food, decent location. Perfect place to stop for the night, between BOM-BLR

Positive: Location was excellent. The staff was very cooperative on arrival. However, later it became different.

Negative: I had an early morning flight. On the night before, they told me we will have our packed breakfast ready. When I went to the reception, they told me they have not marked it. I argued with them that they only told me about it the night before and I did say yes to it. They told me to wait for some time to get it. But I had to leave for my flight. It was quite a disappointing experience.
