Positive: Overall stay was excellent. Rooms are super comfortable. The breakfast has less options, but food served in breakfast is quite decent. Vegetarian options for In Room dining should be more.

Negative: Staff needs to be trained properly when it comes to room service. They should be given proper training, as I felt the staff is undertrained.

Positive: The property location is highly accessible,the staff are courteous and friendly. The food at the restaurant is very deliciously and diligently prepared. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay. The property is worth the stay. Keep it up,with best wishes.

Negative: Had some issue with the room intercom but alternative facility provided was a good substitute and effective.

Positive: The hotel is good, staff though good, not professionally organised. Cleaning is not upto mark. Can improve a lot. Restaurant staff are not bothered about customer service, seen loitering around the place with mobile phones, They have to upgrade the facilities or reduce the tariff befitting the hotel. No proper information on arrival, locating the reception was itself a task.
