Positive: The studio we got was beautiful, amazing 180 degrees panorama windows, the balcony is spacious and perfect to drink morning coffee in. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more. Absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Positive: It's not a B&B, and it's a Studio as advertised, not motel suite.

Negative: A smart tv would have been easier. Having the App options that into which we log in with our own password, is a better option than to cast from our phone. Definitely a 1st world problem, but the studio was not cheap.

Negative: The front door has a window and a see through blind. Other guests can walk past and look through any time of the day or night. So it felt like we had no privacy. A full blockout blind would have helped.
