Positive: Catherine greeted us with a friendly arrival and beautiful warm scones 😀 the place was spotless, had everything you needed and if we wanted we had access to the mini bar and breakfast was on offer. I regret not having the brioche bap, it sounded gorgeous ( bacon, sausage egg and ballylamoe tomatoe relish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Positive: Gorgeous acreage property in a scenic locale, very welcoming hostess. The room was absolutely lovely with an exquisite bathroom. I really enjoyed the extras offered to purchase such as drinks, sweets and breakfast. Catherine's scones were incredible.

Negative: Nothing to dislike - it is a great little place to stay. Spotless and comfortable in a lovely location. Safe parking and the breakfast was gorgeous. Even proper coffee.
