Positive: Absolutely lovely! Clean, simple yet amazing design, quiet, stunning view and the host was a sweetheart. The little details impressed us a lot such as handmade interior design pieces, the writing in Braille on the door etc. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thank you for making our stay even better than expected!

Positive: Right in the middle of the island. Loved the view, the big windows showing the sky and the forest. Cleaning the room every day

Negative: it is part of the fun in Skiathos to rent a car and to explore the island. the accommodation is not fit for visitors without a car, or it s not so comfortable

Positive: The apartment was really nice, with a wonderful view of the sea. Since there are pine trees on the property, it smelled wonderfully of pine forest. The beds were very comfortable and the host was available for any questions or needs. The location is also great, as it is away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to beautiful Troulous Beach.

Positive: Dimitris was super helpful, always available for anything you need from him. This was greatly appreciated.

Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment offered very little privacy, with any hot water in the morning. Overall, a bit too expensive for what is offered.

Positive: This was our first stay of two separate nights, we stayed in room 2 on our first stay. Location is very good, for a quiet stay but close enough to walk into Troulos. Room was spacious. Great view from the room. The host was very welcoming and nice. Great parking spaces to use. Utilities and amenities were good in this room, with a wide range to use for a longer stay.

Positive: The property is definitely worth more than 8,9 as it is brand new, beautiful, functional and has a very nice view to the sea and forest. We had privacy and relaxed well in the property. However, host’s hospitality with warm & welcoming approach was not existent and thus worsened the overall experience. The most hospitable and nice members of the property were the cleaning lady and the beautiful cat that met us at the car and led us to our room every time we arrived.

Negative: We felt totally unwelcome by the host and tried to avoid her. Towels were not changed every day, we even needed to ask for the toilet paper and shampoo the last day! On top of that, electricity was suddenly switched off during the last night, so air conditioner stopped working (there was not any blackout that night, so we assume it was done intentionally).

Positive: Very modern and clean place - def great for a few days stay. Good value, spacious for a 1 bedroom. Very safe and the owner// staff very friendly. Modern furniture brand new designs.

Negative: Nothing - perhaps a bit of noise from the main road and a tad away from the main town def need a car- But this place is great and a good spot for a short term stay for sure.

Summary: We had a short stay here and were very happy with the place. Clean, Comfy and Safe.
