Positive: Everything was perfect, Room very nice shower hot and good pressure, Cleaning everyday, the owner Kosta and his wife very nice she makes awesome food, Isa the bar lady is amazing and kind. Swimming pool fantastic, food and bar and entertainment great, We will definitely come back. Thank you Koukias Team

Positive: It was close to amenities

Negative: The staff weren't that friendly rooms needed a lot of TLC pool was freezing and horrible and cloudy room wasn't cleaned properly floor wasn't moped or swept all the time we were there nor the bathroom cleaned

Positive: Location was great for bus route, lovely local beaches and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bar snacks were good value. Pool was a good size and sunbeds available during our stay. Clean bedding and towels provided every couple of days.

Negative: Bathrooms were grotty, especially shower curtain. The bar music was ridiculously loud some nights; struggling to chat outside opposite the bar area. The man behind the bar wolf whistling at women was irritating. The pool was cloudy by the end of the week.

Positive: The hosts/owners are really nice and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and big with a nice private terrace. We hired a car via the hosts and it was low cost and all very straight forward.

Negative: Music in the bar too loud most of the time - it also went on until late at night and our apartment was close to the bar - so if you stay here make sure you ask from an apartment away from the bar.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and pool area were great. The apartments were comfortable and spacious. A bit out of town but very good bus service just a few meters from the apartments (stop 18). Would definitely stay again.
