Positive: The location is great for all that the area has to offer. Food and park facilities were good. Accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Negative: Cleanliness let this property down. Linen hadn’t been changed and smelled of sweat after the hot weather. Toilet not clean. Leftover crisps in bedside drawers. I would suggest new cleaners should be used.

Positive: A lovely setting. The site was well maintained.

Negative: The caravan was older but that was not a problem. It is positioned in a nice spot with hard standing for the car. Inside it was comfortable and a nice place to relax, however you are being let down by your cleaning team. The fire surround / TV media wall, and the coffee table were thick with dust. The splashback behind the cooker, the microwave and mirrors were all smeared, and both toilets were brown in the bottom of the bowls, and the shower door requires a clean with viacal limescale remover. All the items mentioned above were cleaned by ourselves including the toilets which are now clean and white again. The tap in the main bedroom ensuite is too big for the sink and you cannot brush your teeth using that sink. For just a small investment, the crockery requires replacing as there is a mismatch of stained mugs, plates and bowls. Cutlery and all utensils have also had their day as again it is all mismatched and plastic utensils need replacing. The caravan is lovely but It just needs a bit of TLC to bring the standard back up. We found some seatpads for the outdoor furniture under the sink but they could not be used as they were marked and not clean. A routine jetwash of the decking and balustrade is required as it is looking a bit green in areas. The door handle from the kitchen leading into the bedroom hallway is broken, thankfully you can get out from the bedroom side of the door at the moment. We do not wish to disrespect your caravan, purely the opposite, we loved our stay and would certainly come back. I write this comment so that you are aware that the unit is not being maintained as well as what you may think it is and I would assume that you pay a lot of money for the upkeep of the unit to the site management team. Yes, the unit is older, but it is a lovely caravan and it's standards of cleanliness and care should not be let down. I hope this comment helps you and makes you aware of what is required

Negative: Very basic , no cleaning equipment ie surface cleaning spray, bleach or cloths No oven gloves even though there is an oven .
