Positive: Our suite was ok - the bedroom & bathroom to our suite was good - beds were very comfortable. The coffee in the main hall was really good - Bianca was a big help - the cafe staff & food was great !!

Negative: We would have liked a reading lamp in the bedroom, not just a ceiling light. In the extra TV room that came with the suite - the cushion on the futon was worn out - not comfortable to sit on & watch TV. We do not know how to use a Roku TV as we do not own one....had to call housekeeping & she helped us with that - finally got the hang of it. Not low enough air conditioning - I am used to sleeping in with air conditioning this time of year, so Bianca brought me a fan & that helped..The room was not as nice as the last one we stayed.

Summary: Overall a good experience - a few things need tweaking in the suite...not my favorite room...
