Summary: I screwed up and had booked a week ahead. The lady behind the desk was extremely helpful 9/7 and gave me a number to have hotel.com fix the issue.

Summary: The continental breakfast was adequate. The waffle maker was a nice touch. A family member who is lactose intolerant could not have milk with her cereal because there was no non-dairy option. I appreciate that it is dog friendly.

Summary: Carpet looked as though it had been vacuumed. Unfortunately, I saw numerous clipped fingernails on the carpet next to the bed and even stepped on them when I got out of bed in the morning. Yuck.

Summary: Staff was great, hotel itself was great! But the humidity in the room was crazy, the sheets and everything were damp, I picked up the housekeeping book and it was wet underneath.

Summary: The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping people were very nice and efficient. I would go back there anytime. The price was a lot lower than their competicion in town. Parking was also good.

Summary: Have always liked this Red Roof Inn as it is near my sister’s and they allow dogs without ant extra charge. The only criticism I have is they changed the way they do the shampoo and soap. They used to have the shampoo and conditioner in travel size bottles and the little individual sized soaps. Now they have the shampoo/conditioner combo and the soap in dispensers. It was hard getting enough of the product out of the dispenser, had to keep pressing the lever to get enough. Other than that everything was wonderful.
