Positive: The villa is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. You have everything you need to have a great family vacation.

Negative: The location is not ideal. You are still at 15/20 min drive from Marina Yalikavak and 25+ minutes away for old town Marina and more than 1 hour away from the airport. Transportation will cost you quite a lot of money.

Positive: We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the villa. From the moment we made the reservation, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered all the comfort with a smart house system and privacy we were looking for. The garden and pool which were private to our own use was an amazing level of comfort. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. A very special thanks to Ms. Mehin, who was really outstanding in every aspect. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and extremely polite. Her 1 to 1 care made the entire process from check-in to check-out seamless and stress-free. She genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks to her support and coordination, our stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. We are looking forward to have the same again !!
