Other Policy From november 1st to april 1st, meze by the sea, wild thyme restaurant will be closed. during this period, sage & sea restaurant, in-room dining, and spa services will remain operational. complimentary food and beverage are subjected to an extra fee in kids club. no children under the age of 14 are allowed to attend classes or use the facilities including the fitness center, spa complex and indoor swimming pool. they are not allowed to get spa & beauty treatments, health & wellness services, or activities including hiking, biking, and walks. full board rate includes nonalcoholic drinks during meals. teens (14-18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult to all ‘teen’ and ‘closed door services’ like health & healing services and spa & beauty treatments such as massages and facials. prior to booking any teen services, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form. access to hydrothermal treatment area (including salt grotto, finnish sauna, igloo, crystal steam room, hydrospa, experiential showers and feet therapy basins for male and female guests) is prohibited for the guests ages under 18, even when supervised by an adult. please be aware that during the winter months, some renovation work may be taking place around the property.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Positive: You won’t find a better hotel. It’s remote so you’ll be staying in the resort the whole time but it’s definitely worth it. The GEM service is a great touch.

Positive: The location is stunning, with several beautiful beach spots and restaurants for different occasions. Everything is oriented towards health and sport – the gym and basketball facilities are excellent, biking and hiking routes have breathtaking views, and the padel and tennis courts are top-notch. The boat trip was also unforgettable. Food was fresh and delicious, with most ingredients locally sourced. Our personal manager, Anastassiya, was incredibly helpful and attentive 24/7.
Negative: The only small issue was that the cleaner kept taking away the candies and cookies we had paid for, which was a bit inconvenient.
Summary: A perfect balance of relaxation, sport, and wellness in a beautiful setting.

Positive: The premises are fantastic - two beaches (a main one and one for families), various restaurants, and fantastic breakfast. The spa and gym facilities are outstanding (probably the best ones in European Six Senses I have tried). Above all, the staff is very friendly and forthcoming. We were travelling with our toddler and the team managed by Enel is fantastic!

Positive: It is a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of Bodrum's beaches and parties. A great place for families or to relax and connect with nature. The food is of excellent quality in all restaurants and the staff is very helpful and available. There is a wide variety of activities for both adults and children.
Negative: The indoor pool, although advertised as heated, was colder than the outdoor pools. The hotel is 1-hour drive from the nearest airport, and the journey is sometimes not very pleasant, as the road is in poor condition. I would not recommend arriving at night, as the road can be a bit scary, although it is quite scenic during the day.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, lots of activities and facilities. Upside - Kids club fab and the wonderful lady there kept my daughter occupied for hours. Free kids food for under 6 really appreciated. Room was beautiful - after some moving. Spa is best I have ever seen or experienced, beach look magnificent, service with personal concierge on Whatsap beyond helpful. The service is outstanding.
Negative: Restuarants that were supposed to be open - per their dates - were not. So we lost a whole restaurant and bar area. Then the others all close at the same time - literally nowhere to get food at a certain period. Then they closed another restaurant unexpectedly for a night while we were there - and over cautiously closing entire outdoor areas and even beach in expectation of bad weather left very, VERY limited choices and no where at all close to drive to eat as an alternative. We ate a lot via room service - which was luckily delicious. No outdoor pools were heated, so both totally usable, beach restaurant closed on bad days. There were days where there was only the same place to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. I saw families just sit in their same table for every meal multiple days in a row. Every meal. The hotel needs to think ahead and solve this problem. Also they at first put us in rooms - that had a bad view - with hedges and overlooking roof of other buildings, very dark, lights needed all the time. They worked with me and we eventually found a perfect room - which was actually a class down but bright. I would be very disappointed to book sea view and get any of the rooms they initially showed me which was many.
Summary: Great but only in good weather and go in season so everything is open.

Positive: The restaurants are lovely- never had a bad meal and the beach is really nice, the gardens and the outlook of the property in general is beautiful. Gym was great, and kids club was exceptional. Staff in the restaurants were lovely and it was a very family friendly hotel, but with that being said I wouldn’t reccomend for people not travelling with young children.
Negative: There was a significant issue with our bill, that I have never encountered in any other 5 star property. Also our room ( non smoking!!!) STUNK of smoke, the rooms are under par for a six senses property and need some investment. But the main issue was the cigarette smell which was so appalling I could barely sleep. It should never have been handed over in that state.
