Both bedrooms are airconditioned.The large shared pool (meters 15.50 X 7.00 X 1.25 )treated with natural salt, not visible from the house and surrounded by vegetation,is open from June 1st to September 28th. Summary: The peaceful tranquility of this place was just what we were looking for. Nestled in the hills with fantastic views it was all we were hoping for and then some. Our host was a genuine pleasure to meet and very gracious and helpful in making us feel welcome to stay here and we will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: We stayed at la Fattoria for a week in June. We had a wonderful stay - beautiful house and surroundings, great location and a very warm welcome from the Passigli family. Highly recommended for a family/friend holiday or a romantic break. Perfect place if you're looking for a chilled, relaxing holidays.
