Summary: The appartement is very nice and well equipped, For going down town the buses are close (you have to take bus + tram they are frequent), during the night there is less buses, you can either wait or walk around 18 min for reaching the appartement from the Tram stop).

Summary: The apartment was really nice and had recently been renovated. It's out of the way so getting into Florence itself is a little bit of a trek but quite easy with buses and trains. The apartment is self contained and perfect for a family of 4-5 max. It has AC however when I was cooking it tripped the main circuit for the apartment and I had to get directions from the host to go to the ground floor and reset it my self. That would be our only gripe.

Summary: The apartment is in a residential area which did accommodate car parking needs. It was a 50 min bus trip, (2 buses required) to get to the Ufizzi, albeit the bus stop is very close, (350m). There is a good supermarket a short drive away, however, the options for dining are very limited. Additional kitchen equipment would help for those wanting to cook at home, e.g. kettle, toaster, bottle opener, salt, pepper etc. We did have a plumbing problem, however Ale was very responsive and called a plumber who turned up very quickly.
