Positive: Nice pool but the water was very warm. The room was quite big.

Negative: It‘s not ok if they charge you more for the French fries at the pool than what is shown on the menu because their kitchen is closed and they have to get them from the hotel on the other side of the street.

Summary: In view of the price it was ok.

Positive: The hotel staff were fantastic. Went over and above to help us. The resort is pristine. December is definitely off peak as Sam Son itself was deserted. There were hardly any places open to eat. The hotel however was great. The cakes in our room for Christmas were definitely appreciated.

Negative: Most places were shut (even within the resort). Not having a car would have made getting meals very difficult.
