Positive: First of all, i think Samson itself is an underrated travel destination. And FLC group has made an artificial town on the bank of sea and FLC Grand Hotel is a 5 star hotel along with a great bunch of facilities and well mannered staffs which is really outstanding. And on top of that, a 5 star hotel with these rent only - seriously? Ohh yes, FLC Grand has made it possible. Being an Indian, staying in Hong Kong, we were craving for Indian chicken curry which we expressed as wish, next day morning, they kept those in breakfast. The point is here that they think about guests and their nationality and try to arrange food accordingly. And the manager, Mr. Hope was real hope for us as we were facing language issue, but this man is a very well english speaking guy and he took care of everything during our stay. He is a very nice human being that I must say. Overall, we stayed 2 nights and felt like if we could stay few more days! The property is so big and well organised that itself takes two days atleast to enjoy everything fully. Forget about outside attractions. And it's around 100 km far from Ninh Binh. If We ever think for a 3-4 days short trip in Vietnam, we would like to return back here in Sam Son and stay in FLC Grand Hotel again.

Negative: Seriously they didn't leave any space to mention what we didn't like!

Positive: Nice and modern designed room, but there’s stain on the wall. Look like the water from the floor above leaking through the wall.
