Positive: Super sweet host family that really make the place feel special and welcoming. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, the location central and a short scooter ride to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I can fully recommend staying here!

Positive: We stayed for 7 nights and the accommodation is very comfortable even for a long stay. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is very large and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful. The shower is hot with a good water flow. The room is well insulated from any kind of bugs and mosquitoes. Cheap nearby good value laundry and good bikes (charged per 24 hours, not days, which is great). Oh and the reverse osmosis water for ~1 bahr per litre ready to refill your water bottles to reduce plastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Nothing really, maybe the free instant coffee could have been without sugar but that's a problem on Koh Kood (we couldn't find it even after renting a bike!) :)

Positive: As all other reviewers point out the welcome and the hospitality of Pim is awesome, we really felt treated as vip! In the room there is everything you need and you can always ask for more as the host is always present. If you need a moped you are covered already and very convenient price and without the need to leave deposit or anything! Thanks again for the good time. Quality / price for us is 5/5 stars

Positive: The cleanest rooms in all of Thailand. Very tidy and neat, equipped with everything you need. Owners are really helpful and nice. You can rent motorbikes at a very fair price with them. Everything is close by, near some of the best beaches. Will return back.

Positive: We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Pim & Tee are incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts who made us feel welcome from the start. We also rented a scooter directly from them at a very fair price, which made exploring Koh Kood so easy. We’d definitely come back – highly recommended!
