Summary: excellent location, great to be able to walk to the beach. Lovely crisp sheets on the bed. Bed and seating very comfortable. We had everything in the bach except hairdryer, good to know before hand so i could bring my own. The owners that lived above were friendly on the few occasions we saw them.

Summary: Exactly what we wanted, clean, spacious and the most comfortable bed. Good heating - we were there in winter. Lovely private courtyard with the sun streaming in. Great sized bathroom with a large shower area. Comparably well priced. When next in New Plymouth we'll stay again.

We were very comfortable there while attending WOMAD. Could hear the ocean and easily stroll to beach at end of road. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice apartment in a good location and comfortable to stay in. Also reasonably priced. However, there are some real inconveniences that need to be sorted.Firstly, there’s a hair dryer in the bathroom, but no PowerPoints! Ok, I could dry my hair in the bedroom, but there’s no mirror. So I dried my hair in the kitchen using the reflection of the TV!Secondly, the driveway to the apartment is close to 200 metres long and you have to back out. No turning circle anywhere! The apartment is also quite stuffy on a warm day.
