Positive: Location, size and number of rooms was great for a 10 person family stay, good size back yard and deck were an added bonus.

Negative: It would have been great if the rear sitting room overlooking the back yard with the second bathroom was set-up as an extra bedroom with an ensuite to provide an extra bedroom option. This room was under utilised given there’s already a central lounge and an extra sitting area at the front of the house.

Summary: The location of the property very close to Fitzroy Beach was fantastic, along with being a 10min drive from New Plymouth
