Its landscaped garden is perfectly enclosed, quiet and not overlooked. Two parking spaces are at your disposal as well as 2 bicycles (2 others on request). Within 500 meters you will find all amenities and beaches are located about 1. 2 km.
On the ground floor, you have a large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to a pleasant living room with fireplace (insert) overlooking a large terrace facing south; a large room with a bed 160x200 overlooking the terrace. A suspended toilet and a washing machine and dryer area.
