Summary: Le 101 is a very comfortable new property with everything needed for a perfect holiday. Fred, the owner, was excellent in every way, he met us for check-in. He left gifts of homemade jam, biscuits and local cider. The house was well equipped with everything we required. Comfortable bed & bedding. There is plenty to do around Santec, with so many beautiful beaches to choose from. A property to recommend without hesitation! House
