Summary: The outside has been completely refreshed and looks great. The property outside including the pool is extremely clean and welcoming. The inside of the units, however, needs a refresh as well. Smelled so moldy I had to buy air fresheners. Furniture seemed like it was from the 50's and smelled like it too.

Summary: We booked 3 rooms next to each other for family members. Tish, who worked the front desk, was wonderful and communicated with my wife twice before our visit, to answer questions my wife had and to explain the accommodations. The rooms are dated but clean and comfy. The air conditioner was loud but not really bothersome. The location of this motel is perfect. It’s on the quieter end of the boardwalk. The pool was clean and access to the beach was very quick and easy. We had a great time and look forward to another visit to this motel.
