Summary: Excellent rental on first floor very convenient… clean bright condo

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. However we were disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. The floor had to be mopped 3x, a load of dirty laundry was left in the washing machine that I cleaned and put away, a couple windows had to be washed, and inside the cabinets were quite dirty. I politely asked that our cleaning fee be reimbursed because of this but never heard back from the rental company.
